• NutrigeneDiets – Diet programs are recommended after detailed discussion, clinical assessments, and blood report analysis and with Doctor’s prescription / reports. However, it is strongly recommended that you should consult your physician or a doctor before pursuing any course of treatment.
• NutrigeneDiets have designed our process and diet programs based on the experience, expertise, learnings & most importantly, continuous feedbacks received from our clients. Please understand NutrigeneDiets process, expectations, price details, terms & conditions carefully before enrolling on any services.
• It is the client’s responsibility to raise the concern with our Dietitian & Nutrition expert immediately if he/she comes across any food allergies or any health-related concerns while following the NutrigeneDiets diet.
• NutrigeneDiets Dietitian team never give any ‘guarantee’ to achieve the targets in any form, however, based on our experience, expertise and your level of commitment, you can meet realistic goals.
• NutrigeneDiets don’t encourage our clients to take breaks (except emergencies) while following the diet because discipline is the key here. No extensions are allowed if the client fails to follow the diet chart due to any reason. If the client doesn’t follow the diet due to any reason or doesn’t take consultation on time within the enrolment window, the plan will get lapsed, automatically.
• Though all follow-up appointments are scheduled well on time, however, if follow-up is due and the client is unable to connect with the NutrigeneDiets Nutrition expert (for say, the client didn’t answer the phone/was not reachable/missed the appointment), it is the client’s responsibility to contact us to schedule next appointment.
• All Feedback forms filled on the NutrigeneDiets website will be the used for clinical studies to enhance the quality of the future Diet Programs and promotions.
• Refund Policy – Due to the nature of the services involved, NutrigeneDiets don’t have a refund policy. Once you enrol for a program, no refund is provided under any circumstances.
• Personal Information: As our client, NutrigeneDiets hold some personal information about you that may be used for communication purposes and to provide direct healthcare to you. NutrigeneDiets understand that this information is sensitive and undertake all means to protect your personal data and not use it without your consent.
• Clinical Information: Any sensitive clinical information obtained about you in the form of medical history, dietary facts, test results, clinic notes, or health improvement plans shall be kept confidential and secure. They shall be used only for clinical assessment and to provide you with better healthcare.

Once you enroll for any program on this NutrigeneDiets website, it is assumed that you have accepted these terms and conditions of the NutrigeneDiets Programs.
